As tax practitioners we receive and collect nonpublic personal and business information from various forms and statements that you provide.  We do not disclose such information, except as instructed to do so by you.  Access is restricted to those professionals who need to know such information to provide services to you.  On occasion limited access to some portions of client records may be provided to government or professional regulatory authorities as required by law or regulations for the purpose of reviewing our firm's compliance with professional ethics, privacy, and practice standards to assure that we provide the highest quality of services to you with the maximum protection we can provide.

Further, we maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants' professional cannon of ethics to guard your non-personal information.

With the rapid growth of outsourcing among accounting firms we want to assure you that we keep all your data on servers in the USA and we use only American tax preparers in the USA.  While this costs us more, you can be certain that your confidential data is not floating around many third world companies where there is no law to protect your privacy.  Using American tax experts means that they are subject to strict regulation and will not take chances with exposing you to heavy fines from sloppy, unaccountable tax advice and preparation.

Even non-clients receive privacy protection from us.  We do not sell, lease or otherwise disseminate your name or any information about you to any list broker, other companies, or any other entity for marketing or sales purposes, whether you are a client or not.  We do maintain a list of those who have voluntarily requested our newsletter or other information, and we will periodically send out either online or offline information and solicitations offering our services to those who have expressed an interest.
